TESTING

Testing and test fixture design services

Thanks to our experience in the design of testing solutions, we can offer our clients a wide range of options, from optic testing integrated in our assembly lines (AOI 3D) to the most complete functional test processes (ICT/FCT test). We also develop test fixtures, allowing the recording of the firmware and its functional testing, always aiming towards resource saving and process time optimisation. All results are recorded and tracked in our database, for both internal use and external consultation by the client.

TRACEABILITY

State-of-the-art SMD and THT lines

  • Components: Our components are coded and serialised on receipt. They are linked to an order number, supplier, reference and date, allowing full traceability throughout the production chain.
  • Welding profiles: We study the temperature profile to be used in each design beforehand. This specific profile is recorded and assigned to each individual design.
  • Product: Our clients benefit from full product traceability at all stages, including components, profiles, processes and testing. PCBs contain a unique code number attached to each component and part of the process, which is recorded in our production database.

COATING LINE

Bizintek has a selective component coating line, a treatment also known as tropicalization. This fully equipped and automated process includes an IR oven designed specifically for varnish and silicone curing, resulting in greater efficiency and quality of the final product.

Coating is an essential treatment required to protect electronic components used in many high value-added sectors, such as the automotive or aeronautical industries. At the same time, the industrialisation of a product can be fully controlled.
